Experiencing God: 10 Weeks – 1 Course
Since God can’t be squeezed into a single evening, we’re setting aside ten intensive weeks to set out on a journey to find Him as a small group.
EXPLORE offers you the opportunity to continue your journey with God—no matter where you are right now. Experience fellowship and try new things—because we don’t just want to talk about God; we want to experience Him.
Together, we explore the significance of God in our daily lives and the power that comes from taking Him seriously. We take a practical approach: We don’t just examine the theoretical foundations of the Christian faith—we bring them to life.
At our meetings, we share our thoughts, watch a short video together with some insights, read from the Bible, and discuss various questions. At the end, there will always be a short exercise, because the goal of this course is, after all, to “experience God.” So we don’t just want to talk and “consume” information—we want to take an active role ourselves .
For this course, we use the ICF materials developed by Tobias Teichen. Each participant receives their own workbook with reflection questions and additional material to help them delve deeper into the topics.
When: 10 weeks from July through September (day of the week and time to be announced)
Who: Anyone who wants to deepen their relationship with God. It doesn’t matter whether you’ve been a Christian for many years or are exploring God and the Bible for the first time.
